Meet the Team

Dr. Bahargul Atanur earned her undergraduate degree in Medicine and went on to pursue a master's degree with a specialization in Pulmonology. Upon her relocation to Canada, she furthered her education by earning a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Calgary. Dr. Atanur contributed to the healthcare field as a Registered Nurse for five years and later served as a Clinical Assistant for an additional two years in Calgary, Alberta. Her professional journey continued with the successful completion of the Family Medicine residency program at the University of British Columbia.

Presently, Dr. Atanur practices as a family physician in Pitt Meadows, BC, and holds licensure from both the Medical Council of Canada and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC. Fluent in Uyghur and Uzbek, Dr. Atanur brings a multilingual perspective to her personal and professional life.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm

A dedicated and compassionate family physician, Dr. Mojdeh Sharafudin graduated from Iran University of Medical Sciences (IUMS) in 1995. After gaining experience as a general practitioner in Iran for over 15 years, she moved to Canada in 2012. Following the credentialing process, Dr. Sharafudin practiced in Saskatchewan for four years before relocating to British Columbia in 2021.

In her current role as a family physician, Dr. Sharafudin is committed to providing comprehensive healthcare with a focus on patient well-being and preventative care. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and indulging in outdoor activities such as walking, biking, and swimming.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 4:30pm

Dr. Bubaker Yaga is a dedicated Family Physician providing comprehensive, clinic-based primary care to patients of all ages in Pitt Meadows, BC. His practice emphasizes continuity of care, preventive medicine, and the evidence-based management of both acute and chronic conditions.

A 2008 graduate of Benghazi University, Libya, Dr. Yaga brings extensive clinical experience to his practice, including a background in emergency care that informs his thorough and practical approach to family medicine. He is deeply committed to clear communication and shared decision-making. Dr. Yaga is fluent in English and Arabic.
